Syed Aamir Hussain

Chief Executive Officer

Syed Aamir Hussain holds a Master's degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Karachi and is a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) from the Institute of Financial Consultants, Canada. He is also a Certified Corporate Director and Member of the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan. With prior experience at a leading brokerage house in Karachi, Mr. Hussain manages the overall financial operations and regulatory compliance of the Modaraba and its Management Company. He also plays a key role in portfolio management and monitoring SECP rules & guidelines. His core areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Business Planning, Feasibility Analysis, Due Diligence, Audit, Risk Management, Budgeting, and Financial Modeling.

Shuja Malik

Non-Executive Director

An accounting and finance graduate from the University of East London, Mr. Shuja Malik has experience of over 25 years in modaraba management, banking, marketing of agro chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Malik was the Chief Executive of First UDL Modaraba, prior to its merger with and into UDL International Limited. He has also served on the boards of Public Limited companies including Searle Pakistan Limited and United Brands Limited.

Sana Quadri

Non-Executive Director

Ms. Sana is an experienced process improvement & digital solution enthusiast & a finance professional who is an IFRS expert. She has worked with prestigious organizations in senior positions including in the role of Director Financial Reporting for Telenor Microfinance Bank and Chief Financial Officer for Lakson Investments and Next Capital and remained associated with the financial services industry for over 14 years. Ms. Sana was among the team that led the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan’s (ICAP) first ever “Women Inclusion Policy”. Ms. Sana is a Chartered Accountant and served her three years of article-ship period in PricewaterhouseCoopers Pakistan. She has been a member of ICAP’s committee on “Economic Advisory and Government Relations” for the last three years and served the “Women’s Committee” for three terms. Her work was published in “The Pakistan Accountant” under the title; “Time to tackle taxation Jams” in 2018.

Muhammad Faisal Siddiqui

CFO & Company Secretary

Muhammad Faisal Siddiqui is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience in finance, accounts, audit, taxation, corporate laws, Anti-money Laundering (AML) compliances, software development support and supply chain operations. He has flair to work with public listed multinationals and leading national organizations including manufacturing, exporters, distribution and government organization. He is Master in Islamic Banking & Finance, Member of The Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and completed his audit training from one of Pakistan's top audit firms BDO Ebrahim & Co., Chartered Accountants and has cleared intermediate level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is working as a Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary and looking after overall financial activities, statutory compliances and budgeting. He is also providing assistance in supply chain operations, business growth, software development and risk management.
