- Completed application form
- Copy of valid CNIC
- Valid copy of Driving License
- Latest paid utility bill
- Salary certificate on company letterhead
- Last one-year bank statement, signed and stamped
- Copy of NTN certificate
- Wealth / tax returns for the last three years
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Valid CNIC copies of two witnesses
- Valid CNIC copy of next of kin
- Copy of rent agreement, if applicable
